How we try to make this website and our clinics usable for everyone, and how to tell us what you need.
Last updated: 13 September 2026
We want anyone to be able to use this website and to get care from us, whatever their disability or condition. As a service provider we have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments, and we take that seriously. If something here does not work for you, we would rather hear about it than have you give up.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. That is the standard recognised for public sector websites in the UK. It does not apply to a private practice as a matter of law, but it is the right benchmark and it is what we measure ourselves against.
We have not yet had this site independently audited, so we cannot claim full conformance. What follows is an honest account of where we are.
We are aware of the following, and are working on them:
You do not have to explain your diagnosis to ask for help. Tell us what would make things easier and we will do what we reasonably can. For example, we can:
Please tell us before your visit if you can, so we can have it ready. If you want to know about access at a particular clinic, including parking, steps and lifts, call or text us on 07979 825075 and we will tell you exactly what to expect at that site.
If you find something on this website you cannot use, email [email protected] or call or text 07979 825075. Please tell us the page and what happened. We will reply and tell you what we are going to do about it.
If you are unhappy with how we respond, our complaints policy explains how to take it further. You can also contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which advises people on the Equality Act, on 0808 800 0082.
